Futureye Real solutions to real dilemmas

Stakeholder Participation Tools

Description

Futureye’s Stakeholder Participation Tools program provides you with practical approaches to choosing the right tools for the right situation.  This program provides you with a strategic diagnostic framework.

Futureye has a decade of experience in managing stakeholder and community participation for mining, energy, infrastructure and other business projects.  We have also worked with government agencies on engaging with key stakeholder, activist and business groups using stakeholder participation approaches.

Futureye’s proven tools take account of the IAP2 Framework and the hazard, risk and outrage thinking of Dr Peter Sandman.
