Insight

At Futureye, we refer to organisational ‘In-sight’ as looking into our client’s organisation to know and understand its culture, capabilities, systems and processes. There’s more to sustainable development than meets the eye.

Like people, organisations need to think ‘inside-out’ about change. They must consider their values, perceptions, beliefs, cultures, and systems and concentrate their efforts on building organisational capabilities to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.

The collapse of companies such as Enron and HIH illustrate that codes of conduct, ethics, and policies are essentially worthless unless people believe their ‘essence’ and they are translated into behaviour, actually becoming part of the overt (and covert) culture of an organisation.

Futureye can develop tailored systems and models to assist your organisation in proactively managing issues. We can assess your organisational capabilities and stakeholders’ expectations in order to diagnose risk. We can also help develop the capabilities and skills of your staff, generate new sustainability or CSR frameworks and provide support to implement the changes so you can build trust and help embed sustainability into the culture of your organisation.
