Graeme has extensive management experience in both international and local businesses in the manufacturing industry. He has played key roles in numerous projects, focusing on the achievement of efficiency improvements in IT and management systems, work processes and organisational structures. His capabilities include risk, change and cost management with a history of delivering projects within scope, on time and to budget. Graeme is also a qualified mediator and has a keen interest in corporate governance and sustainability issues.

Experience:
Graeme has wide international experience in large scale chemical and manufacturing industries. He was based in Asia, Europe and South Africa for over 12 years before returning to Australia and running his own manufacturing business. His work included a variety of projects and assignments that have stakeholder engagement, risk management and cost control as key success factors.
