Roslyn specialises in development and delivery of large-scale alternative conflict resolution, community resilience development and multi-stakeholder consultation programs. Roslyn’s expertise is based on a background of environmental science and applied research related to sustainability, particularly in natural resource management. She has developed sustainability guidleines and strategies for public and private sector clients.
Roslyn has worked with the leaders of Regional Natural Resource Management bodies at a national level. She facilitated National Natural Resource Management forums and numerous national consensus building forums related to Natural Resource Management policy development and legislative reforms. She has been the primary facilitator for State level Natural Resource Management consensus building/negotiation forums.
Between 2003 – 2005 Roslyn was engaged by the NSW Roads & Traffic Authority as Public Relations Manager for the $49 million Sea Cliff Bridge project. As part of that role she managed the $2million NSW Government Community Support Fund that was created to offset economic and social impacts on the eight coastal villages that were affected by the 2.5 year closure of the main road.
Roslyn has Chaired and reported for expert reference and peer review panels. She has prepared and given expert evidence in the NSW Land & Environment Court and has presented evidence to NSW Commissions of Inquiry. She has provided specialist advice to all levels of government.
Roslyn has Ph.D. in Ecology from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Sydney.
